Staff a 40,000-seat night and prove it the next morning.

Event security is judged on the night and billed the next morning. GuardLanes deploys hundreds of officers, confirms each position is filled, and produces the staffing report before the client asks.

Mock deployment board showing four posts across seven nights. Two open shifts are highlighted with a broadcast notice stating twelve qualified officers were notified.

Pain points

Where event security staffing software usually fails

  • Mass check-in chaos

Hundreds of officers arrive within an hour. Paper sign-in sheets and clipboards make it impossible to know which positions are actually filled at doors-open.

  • Last-minute shortfalls

No-shows are discovered when a position is empty, not when there is still time to fill it.

  • Staffing disputes after the event

The promoter disputes how many officers worked and for how long, and the invoice stalls.

With GuardLanes

Three outcomes your clients will notice.

  • Outcome 1

    Position-by-position check-in

Officers check in to their assigned position with PostWatch. The event supervisor sees a live board of filled and unfilled positions.

  • Outcome 2

    Open positions broadcast instantly

ShiftLane broadcasts unfilled positions to qualified standby officers the moment a no-show is confirmed.

  • Outcome 3

    Verified staffing report by morning

HoursLedger builds the staffing report from check-ins and check-outs per position, ready to attach to the invoice.

FAQ

Events questions

How many officers can check in at once?

There is no practical limit. Check-ins are processed on the device and synced to the server, so a thousand officers checking in within 30 minutes is routine.

Can we use GuardLanes for one-off events only?

Yes. Deployments can be created per event with positions, briefings, and rates, and officers who work only occasionally stay on the roster.

Do officers need to install the app for a single event?

Yes, but installation takes under two minutes and sign-in uses a code sent by SMS. Many companies have officers install the app at the briefing.
