The problem

Coverage you cannot see is coverage you cannot bill.

  • Missed posts discovered days later

A gap at a post surfaces in a client complaint long after anything could be done about it.

With GuardLanes: Operators see a late or missing officer within a minute and fill the gap before the client notices.

  • Patrols with no evidence

A paper log or a verbal assurance is the only proof that overnight rounds happened.

With GuardLanes: Every checkpoint scan is timestamped, located, and retained, and the client can open the record.

  • Hours argued at invoice time

Self-reported timesheets turn month-end into a negotiation and delay cash by weeks.

With GuardLanes: Hours are built from verified arrivals and departures, and each invoice line links to the evidence.

The platform

One platform. Nine lanes. Zero gaps.

FAQ

Questions operations directors ask us.

How long does implementation take?

Most companies are live in two weeks. Week one covers roster import, posts, and checkpoint placement. Week two covers officer app rollout, operator training, and the first client report. Larger rollouts are phased by region.

What happens in the Officer App when there is no signal?

Everything keeps working. Check-ins, checkpoint scans, incident reports, and media are stored on the device with their original timestamps and synced when connectivity returns. Operators see a pending state until the sync lands.

What devices do officers need?

Any iPhone running iOS 16 or later or Android phone running Android 10 or later. NFC checkpoint scanning requires an NFC-capable device. QR checkpoints work with any camera. Company-issued and personal devices are both supported.

Should we use NFC tags or QR codes for checkpoints?

NFC tags are durable, cannot be photocopied, and read in the dark, which suits outdoor and high-traffic locations. QR codes are cheaper and printable on site, which suits indoor and temporary locations. Both can be mixed on the same route.

Who owns the data, and can we export it?

You do. Every plan includes a full export of officers, posts, deployments, check-ins, patrols, incidents, and hours in CSV, with media as a downloadable archive. Exports are available at any time, including after cancellation during the retention period.

Does GuardLanes integrate with our payroll system?

HoursLedger exports verified hours in CSV formats mapped to your payroll system during onboarding. Enterprise plans include API access for direct integration.

Can the client portal carry our brand?

Yes. On Scale and Enterprise, ClientView uses your logo, colors, and subdomain. Scheduled reports carry your branding as well.

What are the contract terms?

Launch and Scale are available on monthly or annual terms with pricing per active officer. Enterprise agreements are typically 12 to 36 months and include an uptime SLA. There is no setup fee for guided onboarding.
