Pricing questions
How is pricing calculated?
Launch and Scale are priced per active officer per month. An active officer is anyone who worked at least one deployment in the billing month. Operators, supervisors, and client users are free.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Launch and Scale are available monthly or annually. Enterprise agreements are typically 12 to 36 months and include the uptime SLA.
What does onboarding cost?
Guided onboarding over two weeks is included in every plan. Enterprise includes a dedicated onboarding manager and payroll mapping.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date, and your data is retained according to the new plan.
Do clients pay for portal access?
No. Client users on ClientView are unlimited and free on every plan.
Is NFC or QR hardware included?
No. You purchase NFC tags from any supplier, or print QR codes from GuardLanes at no cost. We provide recommended tag models during onboarding.
