GuardLanes company

Built by people who have run night shifts.

GuardLanes is a security software company with a single mission: make coverage visible, provable, and billable for every company that deploys officers.

Mission

Why GuardLanes exists

Security companies are judged on whether an officer was at a post, whether the rounds were walked, and whether the hours on the invoice are right. For most of the industry, that evidence lives on paper, in text messages, or nowhere at all. Operations directors spend their days reconstructing what happened instead of running what is happening.

GuardLanes was started by people who have scheduled rosters at midnight, chased officers for timesheets, and defended invoices line by line. We built the security software company mission around one idea: every post covered, every shift proven. The platform confirms presence, verifies patrols, captures incidents with evidence, and turns verified hours into invoices and payroll without a spreadsheet in between.

We work with security companies from 25 to 5,000 officers, and we measure ourselves by how little our customers have to explain to their clients.

Values

Three things we will not compromise.

  • Proof over promises

A report should never ask a client to take anyone's word for it. Every claim in GuardLanes links to a timestamp, a location, or a scan.

  • Calm under pressure

Operators work at 2 a.m. with hundreds of posts. Our screens show what needs action and hide what does not.

  • Officers are the product

A security company sells its officers' presence. Software should make that presence easier to deliver and easier to prove, not harder.
