  • Portal branded with your logo and colors, on your subdomain.
  • Live coverage status for the client's posts only, with no cross-client visibility.

  • Incident feed with controlled release by operators.
  • Client users managed by you, with read-only access by default.

In practice

How teams use security client portal software

  1. Scenario 1

    Monday morning report

A property manager receives a weekly coverage and patrol PDF at 07:00 every Monday. The weekly status call is cancelled because the report answers every question.

  2. Scenario 2

    Contract renewal

At renewal, the operations director exports 12 months of SLA dashboards showing 99.6% coverage. The conversation moves from price to scope.

  3. Scenario 3

    Multi-site retailer

A retail client with 60 stores logs in to see which stores had patrols overnight and reviews two incident reports released by the operator that morning.

FAQ

ClientView questions

Can the portal carry our brand?

Yes. Logo, colors, and a custom subdomain are included in Scale and Enterprise. Launch includes the GuardLanes-branded portal.

What can clients change?

By default nothing. Client users are read-only. You can grant specific users the ability to request additional coverage or comment on incidents.

Which reports can be scheduled?

Coverage summary, patrol detail, incident log, hours summary, and SLA scorecard, each as PDF or CSV, on daily, weekly, or monthly schedules.

Can we delay incident visibility?

Yes. Incidents are held until an operator releases them, so you can review and redact before a client sees them.
